MANAGING THE ASSOCIATION

FINE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT has a vast knowledge in the canvassing and forming of Resident's Associations for small properties to large properties with many flats and complications. Fine Property Management have a vast experience organising Resident's associations in Care Homes, Residential Facilities,  Old peoples homes and Care Assisted Properties.

We will be able to assist you in contacting your leaseholders, assist with mail shots and meetings.  We will do all the paperwork relating to the issue of you being a recognised association by your landlord or freeholder.

  • Gather information relating to how many leaseholders are required to form an association.

  • Go door to door to speak to and arrange for meetings to discuss your options.

  • Do the paperwork for canvassing.

  • Applying for the Right to Manage your property.

  • Guide the chairman and secretary on how to run the association.

  • Inform the leaseholders of the requirements for obtaining confirmation from your freeholder.

  • Explain the terms of the Landlord & Tenants Act of 1985.

  • Process minutes arrange AGM's and help with the perusal of accounts.
